Note: Note that Blurb has restrictions regarding inside covers, and that nothing can be printed on the inside cover, or inside back cover. Also, the last page of the book is reserved for the blurb logo only. For PDF uploading, they also have very strict rules on the dimensions of the book which must be followed or the book will not be printed correctly, or it will be rejected. Cover and insides have slightly different dimensions. These vary depending on the size of the book chosen out of the ones they offer. All this info is on the blurb site. Read it very carefully.
